As soon as I saw HP’s ad campaign using some top-notch graphics (at that time), I had to give it a shot. I used my current portfolio and personal content to exhibit a full-fledged “Aaron” experience. The project took about a year to prep for as I sketched up the story board and finalized some other projects to put into the final film. After all that time it was worth it in my mind.
This was one of the first projects where I really focused on color grading in my video work. The original content was recorded on a Canon 5Dii which offered a deeper color profile than the standard Nikon D3100 I was used to shooting on. I had the camera rented out for a family shoot over the weekend but snuck this shoot in before I returned it.
